IMMUNITY BOOSTING TEAS

Immunity Boosting Tea is a delectable warm drink full of health benefits. These nutritional tea recipes need hardly 3-4 ingredients and a couple of minutes to make. Recipe

Yield: Approximately 1 Cup Each.

Ingredients:

Herbal Tea

  • 1 cup Boiling Hot Water
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 10 -12 Indian Basil Leaves (Tulsi)
  • 1 pinch of Black salt (Kala Namak)
  • 1.5 tablespoons of Jaggery
  • 1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice

Honey Lemon Tea

  • 1 cup Boiling Hot Water
  • 1.5 tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice

Apple Cinnamon Tea

  • 1 cup Boiling Hot Water
  • Peels of 1 Apple
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (Dalchini)
  • 2 teaspoon of Licorice (Jeshthmadh)

Fennel Kokum Green Tea

  • 1 cup Boiling Hot Water
  • 2 teaspoons of Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • 4-5 pieces of Kokum
  • 1 Green Tea Bag

Method:

Herbal Tea

  • Add Lemon Juice, Mint leaves, Basil leaves, Jaggery, Black Salt to a kettle.
  • Add boiling hot water to it and stir well.
  • Put the lid on the kettle and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • Sieve and pour the prepared tea into a cup.
  • Enjoy the warm medicinal tea .

Honey Lemon Tea

  • In a cup, add the lemon juice and honey.
  • Add in the boiling water and give it a stir.
  • The humble honey lemon tea is ready to be enjoy as the first healthy thing in the morning.

Apple Cinnamon Tea

  • In an electric kettle, add in the water , apple peels, cinnamon and licorice powder.
  • Switch it on and let the tea brew for a couple of minutes.
  • Sieve it into a cup.
  • A warm, cozy apple cinnamon tea cup is ready to be enjoyed on a chilly evening.

Fennel Kokum Green Tea

  • In a kettle, add boiling water,¬† fennel seeds, kokum and a green tea bag.
  • Let it sit for a couple of minutes.
  • Sieve it into a cup and sip in a cup of tangy, fresh and aromatic tea.
